My elderly vehicle needed emergency service after losing power and stalling, nearly leaving me stranded in not the best part of Detroit. They calmed my anxiety, drove me to work, called me with the diagnosis and had it ready for me at the end of my work day. Even though it was later than their closing time - I found two others waiting for their own vehicles. They even worked with me to keep the cost down on this unexpected but necessary expense.
